WHO WE ARE
Purple Link Evaluation and Research Center is an independent evidence-generation and learning organization. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve focused on producing credible, context-sensitive research that guides policy, strengthens programmes, and improves service delivery. In 2026, we formally transitioned to our current name to reflect our deepening specialization in implementation research, evaluation, and strategic evidence systems.
We work alongside government agencies, development partners, civil society, and private sector actors to turn complex data into clear, usable decisions.
