Purple Link Evaluation and Research Center is an independent evidence-generation and learning organization committed to advancing impactful development through high-quality implementation research, evaluations, and strategic evidence systems. Formerly registered as Purple Link International in 2019, the organization formally transitioned to Purple Link Evaluation and Research Center in 2026 to reflect its growing specialization in research, evaluation, and knowledge generation.
We work to generate credible evidence that informs policy, strengthens programmes, and improves interventions at both national and community levels. Our work supports governments, development partners, civil society, and private sector actors to make evidence-based decisions that drive sustainable social transformation.
