About Purple Link Evaluation and Research Center

We don’t spread ourselves thin trying to be everything to everyone. We focus on the areas where we’ve built real experience and where evidence can actually shift outcomes for people.

.

Health

We've worked on studies that look at how communities access care, what stops people from using health services, and how programmes can reach the people who need them most. From community health insurance research to evaluating frontline service delivery, we keep our focus on practical answers, not just reports that sit on a shelf.

.

Education

Good policy starts with knowing what's actually happening in classrooms, communities, and households. We've supported baseline assessments, learning outcome tracking, and programme reviews that help decision-makers see where resources are making a difference, and where they're not.

.

Agriculture

Smallholder farmers, cooperatives, climate-smart practices, we've worked with groups trying to improve livelihoods through agriculture. Our role is helping them measure what's working, understand barriers, and adjust approaches before scaling up.

.

Governance

Strong institutions need clear data. We've helped government bodies design monitoring systems, review strategic plans, and build internal capacity to track their own progress. It's not about external validation. It's about giving teams the tools to learn and adapt as they go.

.

Livelihoods and Social Protection

Whether it's village savings groups, women's economic empowerment, or social safety nets, we look at what actually moves the needle on household resilience. We ask: Who's benefiting? What's holding others back? And how can programmes be tweaked to reach further?

.

Climate Change and Community Resilience

Climate impacts aren't theoretical. They're affecting farms, water sources, and daily decisions right now. We've supported baseline studies that capture gendered vulnerabilities, community adaptation capacities, and local priorities so interventions don't miss the mark.

.

Early Childhood Development

The first five years shape everything that follows. We're currently part of implementation research looking at how parenting support, service integration, and stronger data systems can improve outcomes for young children in refugee and host communities. It's long-term work, and we're in it for the evidence that leads to real change.
